Kaizer chiefs are in the South African cup final against Orlando pirates who are 2nd in the first tier of South African football but on the road to the final they first played free agents fc in the round of 32 who they beat 4-0 then in the round of 16 they played against chipoa united who they beat 3-0 next in the quarter finals they played stallenbosch who currently stand at 4th in South African first tier and they beat them 3-1 and in the semi finals they played mamelodi sundowns who are the top of South Africa’s first tier and they were beat 2-1 by an 89th minute winner to reach the final
